1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or access any mature content tier.

2. Synthetic content only

whispernight.com does not accept uploads of real photographs of any person, and does not offer any face-swap, identity-transfer, or "undress" functionality. All characters available on the platform are composed from whispernight.com's own synthetic art library. Content depicting characters that read as underage is prohibited in any mature context, without exception.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use whispernight.com to attempt to generate content depicting a specific real, identifiable person, to circumvent the restrictions in Section 2, or to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
